Having grown up in this area, I feel like I carry an extra responsibility to my friends and neighbors. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, my past and present customers have known me at church, at school, and from community involvement. With my knowledge of North Central Florida, and what the area has to offer, I try to maintain a level of customer service that will find real estate solutions for buyers and sellers.

Because I service a rural area, my real estate experiences are varied. I really enjoy working with vacant agricultural or farm properties and have good resources for helping folks find exactly what they need. And, because my family lives on a thoroughbred horse farm, I'm familiar with concerns that may be farm related. More recently, I have become involved in site selection for commercial ventures, and enjoy finding development solutions for those customers with the help of local municipalities.
